Hong Kong includes several amusement parks in its territory. As an example we can mention the Ocean Park situated in Wong Chuk Hang, the Ma Wan Park situated in Wa Man Island, the Hong Kong Wetland Park located in Tin Shui Wai and Hong Kong Disneyland situated in the Lantau Island on Penny’s Bay, just to mention a few. Visiting this spectacular amusement park is a must; especially for kids. The Hong Kong Disney Land has plenty of amazing attractions that combine the western and Chinese culture at the same time.

Disneyland Hong Kong Hong Kong Disney Land saw the light on September 12th, 2005. At first, there were some problems in trying to include some western customs in the Asian city, but then Disney added some Feng Shui rules when they started the construction of the resort and the problem was resolved. This amusement park has the capacity to house more than 33.000 people approximately.

Hong Kong Disney Land had received 5.2 million of tourists in its first year. As reported by TEA (Themed Entertainment Association) and AECOM (Technology Corporation), this park in Hong Kong was considered in 2010 as the 15th most popular and visited place in the planet.

There are four fantastic theme areas in its entire territory that travelers can visit to spend wonderful vacations with their families. For example, we can mention the first area that is called Fantasyland where kids have the chance to touch Cinderella and Winnie Pooh. They also can be part of some adventures in Alice in the wonderland, just to mention a few.

The Adventureland is a fantastic area that is full of challenges and risky adventures. In this area, kids can tour and live the adventures of Tarzan, The Lion King and Aladdin, just to mention a few. The Tomorrowland is more magical because in this area they can see some of their favorite fairy tale characters. And finally, the Main Street USA area offers a magnificent representation of Disney since the 20th century in order to show a bit about the history of this magical entertainment company throughout the years.
