This dish uses an ornamented version of the normal cabbage; this flowering cabbage has small flowers, leaves that are medium and green and stems. It is a popular dish served before a Dim Sum meal.
- 1 bundle Choy Sum
- Sesame oil
- Oyster sauce.
1. Wash the Choy Sum welland cut it in pieces of 18 cm.
2. Once the Choy sum is well washed you have to cut it in 17 cm long and then you can choose the kind of cooking (steam, stir-fry or boil).
3. Before the Choy Sum is done, season it with sugar, salt and few drops of sesame oil.
4. Serve in a small dish as a side one, add in the top oyster sauce with a few sugar.
